DAY 1-PARIS
So after we left my aunt's friend's home at about noon, we headed for lunch...MEXICAN FOOD at "mexi & co"... beef buritos were yum!!!
then it was off to notré daam cathedral...lotsa pics there
had a nice long tea at this pishy poshy place called " mirage fondee"....i ordered a tea cocktail called "mirage" i tot it was champaign flavoured tea....it was actually tea flavoured champaign!!!!was reallie good!!!u shd have seen the list of tea they were serving....like 10 pages of small print
after more shopping and taking in the sights, we stopped for dinner spanish food this time at "la pirada"
food was delish!!!had a PIASSIONATA cocktail....the tequila in there was OHH LALA!!!
caught a FREE concert at a music school at night....it was actually the proffessors at the school giving the concert qnd they zere presenting 20th century advant garde works...i like!!!
too bad my aunt didnt like it and dosed off many a time....little did she know that the 2 pple seqted on her left were actually the composers themselves!!!!!they were staring at her the whole time man...she only reliased it when they were called onstage after their works were performed!!!!so paiseh
anyway i'm off to bed<....early flight to rome tomorrow
